Kaitlin & Co. Boutique (Formerly Caroline & Co. Boutique) is a small, personally owned boutique located on Main Street in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Caroline & Co. Boutique opened in March 2021 in downtown Buckhannon and changed ownership in August 2025. Now known as Kaitlin & Co. Boutique, we ensure that customers have the most enjoyable shopping experiences while not only looking their best, but feeling their best too.
Meet Our Owner - Kaitlin
Kaitlin's vision was to "Create more than just a place to shop - I want it to be a welcoming space where style meets community. I aim to offer unique, carefully selected pieces that make women feel confident, beautiful, and inspired. Beyond fashion, my goal is to build lasting connections and create an experience that feels personal, uplifting and unforgettable." Kaitlin graduated from Fairmont State University with a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resources. She currently resides in Bridgeport, WV with her husband, EJ.
Meet Our Director of E-Commerce & Marketing - Lisa
Lisa began working for the boutique in August 2015 and helped rebrand and open Caroline & Co. Boutique in 2021, then Kaitlin & Co. in 2025. Lisa graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a BA in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. She also spent the summer of 2019 working with Nordstrom in Las Vegas, NV as a Retail Management Intern. Lisa is the face behind the social media, web design, the planner of upcoming events, and she schedules styled photoshoots for product launches.
Meet our Head Sales Associate - Billi
Billi had been a top customer with us since day one until deciding to join us on the other side of the retail world! She started with us in August 2023 after being a nurse for 17 years. Billi goes above and beyond to make a customers experience nothing short of fabulous. Billi is a firm believer that smiles are the best compliments from a customer and a new outfit can give anyone a boost of confidence.
